These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the go wind platform and all its services. go wind refers to gowind.biz Website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.

"User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered with go wind. "Services" refers to all betting, lottery, casino, and related features available through the go wind website and app.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. go wind operates as an internationally registered gaming operator.

When creating a go wind account, you must provide accurate and complete information. go wind reserves the right to close any account registered with false or incorrect details.

• Each individual may register only one go wind account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• Go wind accounts are non-transferable — you may not allow anyone else to use your account.

After registration, go wind may request KYC verification. Withdrawals and other features may be restricted until verification is complete.

To participate on go wind, users must be at least 18 Years years of age or above. Use of go wind by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Go wind may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
• Failure to verify age will result in account suspension, and all deposited funds will be returned.
• Go wind does not knowingly allow minors to operate accounts. Immediate action will be taken in any such case.
• Citizens of certain countries outside Bangladesh may be restricted from using go wind services.

Go wind supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method are not permitted.
• Go wind does not charge any deposit fees. However, fees may be applied by the payment provider.
• Go wind reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions and may place a hold on withdrawals.

Go wind follows international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to prevent financial crime. Large transactions may require additional verification under this policy.

Go wind regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are listed on the relevant offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Applies to the first deposit, one time only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. This is typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure.
• Go wind reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

All betting and gaming activity on go wind is conducted in line with international standards. Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, go wind reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Go wind is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disruptions during live betting.
• Lottery draw results are final and cannot be changed. No claims will be accepted after the draw has been completed.
• All game outcomes on go wind are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be raised with go wind support within 7 days. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on go wind and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false information to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, script, or otherwise manipulate go wind's systems through any technical means.
• Using a go wind account for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Colluding with other users or participating in match fixing.
• Spreading fake promotions or offers in the name of go wind.
• Allowing minors to use a go wind account.

Any winnings or bonuses obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Go wind may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By court order or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

Users may also contact go wind support at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to a terms violation.

Go wind believes betting is a form of entertainment. Excessive betting can lead to personal and financial harm. That's why go wind offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term account self-exclusion option.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
